Transformation Manager Nordics
As the Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing initiatives from ideas to delivery within our operations organization for the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland). You will be a key part of the Operations leadership team, responsible for both setting and executing strategy alongside your colleagues and team members. Your primary goal is to ensure continuous improvement in a complex banking/finance environment while supporting and motivating your team that consists of three specialists.
You will report to the Operations Manager Nordics and be an integral part of the Operations Management Team for the Nordics. Your primary responsibility will be to drive initiatives from conception to implementation, transforming good ideas into tangible outcomes. This role uniquely combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Change Manager. In 2025, you may be tasked with identifying and automating simpler tasks by collaborating with local stakeholders and IT teams. You will then deliver the solution and follow up on its implementation and continuous improvement.

Day to day
- Executing and driving initiatives: Lead the process from initial idea to final delivery, acting on initiatives identified within the organization and by your team.
- Leadership: Understand the team and their motivations, creating a supportive environment and prerequisites for the team to succeed.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a willingness and motivation to drive constant improvements, ensuring the team is always moving forward.
- Project lead: be the first point of contact and responsible for international/European projects that impact Operations. Clarify in what manner initiatives can or will impact the organization together with your team.
- Collaborating across the operations organization and with other internal stakeholders, both within the Nordics and the international colleagues.

Essentials
As our new Transformation Manager, you are comfortable challenging the status quo and not afraid to question existing processes to suggest innovative improvements. Taking initiative and ensuring actions are taken to achieve tangible results is second nature to you. You support your members and are not afraid to provide constructive feedback when needed. We believe the right person is able to transform strategy into actions that work for today and tomorrow. You act independently and can speak to anyone in the organization, explaining complex ideas and tasks based on the recipient.
- Experience in project management in a complex environment with many stakeholders.
- And/ Or experience in product management and delivering products from idea to execution.
- Experience in requirement analysis
- Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus.
- It is considered meritorious if you have experience in banking/finance and if you have previous leadership experience.
