Operations Reporting Analyst
As the Operations Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for all US Operations dashboard and metrics reporting. This includes reporting for all functions within the US Operations domains and metrics including True North, Route 95, Call Centers, Billing & Payments, Insurance, etc.

Day to Day
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making processes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Build & generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, management, and clients (i.e. AGCO Finance).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in reporting by conducting quality checks and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on report usage, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with external domains to ensure data availability & accuracy
- Represent US Operations domain across various projects and initiatives to ensure reporting requirements are known, maintained and achieved.

Essentials
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced experience & knowledge with Power BI reporting
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering accurate and timely reports
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience in understanding systems and how they connect to operational processes (e.g. Telephony Software & Processes)
- Basic knowledge around guidelines/ requirements such as Anti-Money-Laundering’, ‘Bank Secrecy Act’ and ‘OFAC’ as well as other consumer related regulations

Applicable Pay Range
$73,700 - $110,600
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
